MELLOR ELECTRIC BUS

The Mellor Orion E electric bus, was operated at AV Level 4 at Milton Park, Didcot, as part of the MultiCAV multi-modal transport trial. Fitted with our AV Level 4 CAVstar automated drive technology, this 16-seat single-decker bus navigated public roads within the business and science hub. First Bus launched the service on January 23, 2023, enhancing mobility for the park’s 9,000 employees and the surrounding Didcot region.
